By placing an order through the SkyLodge website and checking the box “I have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions”, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
SkyLodge Europe (“SkyLodge”, “we”, “our”) designs, manufactures, delivers and, where agreed, installs SkyLodge geodesic domes according to the selected model and the specifications confirmed in the final quotation.
All domes are manufactured using SkyLodge’ proprietary designs, technology and materials.
Production begins only after receipt of the required advance payment. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is made as follows:

The standard production time is up to four (4) months from receipt of the advance payment. Delivery and installation deadlines may be extended due to circumstances beyond SkyLodge’ reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Upon completion of installation, the customer shall inspect the product. Any visible defects must be reported immediately during acceptance.
If the customer fails to attend the agreed acceptance date or refuses acceptance without justified reason, the project shall be deemed accepted.
SkyLodge warrants that its products are manufactured to a high standard and are suitable for their intended use when operated and maintained according to the provided instructions. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and installation-related defects.

Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information relating to the order, project, pricing or technical documentation to third parties, unless required by law.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If no agreement can be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts in Sofia, Bulgaria.

The details you type into the quote form or the configurator are sent by e-mail to office@skylodges.eu and are used only to answer your enquiry. They are never sold, and never passed to third parties for their own marketing.
How our providers handle data: Google and Meta. To ask what we hold about you, to correct it or to have it deleted, write to office@skylodges.eu and we will answer within 30 days.
