Why it works
Water at the doorstep, sky overhead: the stay guests photograph and talk about.
Any SkyLodge model from the catalogue, placed on a certified BulDock pontoon.
Water domes are rare, and guests pay a premium for the uniqueness.
The partnership
Together with BulDock we give beachfront hotels and resorts a way to add rooms without touching the coastline.
A dome on the water earns from frontage you already own: no earthworks, no heavy infrastructure, no permanent construction.
BulDock designs and manufactures certified modular floating platforms for lakes, marinas and waterfront resorts. Their platforms carry our all-glass domes, and they are the engineering backbone behind every floating SkyLodge.
Prices
The price covers the BulDock platform sized for the model and the propulsion motors. The dome comes on top, at its catalogue price.
