Who we are
The frame is a thermally broken aluminium façade system and the panels are all glass: a 28 mm insulated glazing unit with tempered and laminated glass, with the solar control chosen for the site. Each unit is built to integrate with solar energy, water collection and eco-waste management for a genuinely off-grid life.

Complete project development
For landowners and investors we develop the whole project: site planning, architectural design, utility strategy and implementation. We work closely with clients to turn undeveloped land or underused parcels into working destinations.
No construction permit required
SkyLodge domes are classified as movable structures, which simplifies development: no construction permit and no concrete foundation.
Installation is fast and adapts to the terrain, flat, sloped, remote or near water, which makes SkyLodge suitable for locations with strict zoning or permitting limits. Permitting rules differ by country and we confirm what applies to your specific site.
Off-grid capabilities
The only essential requirement is a water source. Everything else can be self-contained and modular.
Product & pricing
Every dome is modular and built to order. The price includes the glazed dome, smart ventilation, smart floor lights and sockets. In Avangarde the bathroom is enclosed and carries the loft bedroom above it.
Dome prices start at €17,800. Finishes, energy configuration and off-grid packages are quoted per project.
