The rule
Polish building law lets you place free-standing single-storey recreation buildings of up to 35 m² on a notification, not a permit, one for every 500 m² of plot. SkyLodge 6 is 28 m².
Building Law, art. 29 (1) pt 16: free-standing single-storey individual-recreation buildings of up to 35 m² of built area need no permit, only a notification (zgłoszenie); the number may not exceed one per 500 m² of plot. From 35 to 70 m² the same route with a span limit of 6 m.
The local plan (MPZP) or a zoning decision must allow recreational or tourist use; commercial renting is then entered in the municipality’s register of other accommodation facilities under the Hotel Services Act.
Nature Protection Act, art. 17 (1) pt 7: in landscape parks and protected landscape areas no new buildings within 100 m of a lake shore. The plot sits at about 100 m, so the protected-area status of this exact lake decides.

Capacity
The rule sets the number: one recreation building per 500 m², so 10,100 m² allow twenty. Twenty domes at 10 m spacing take about 4,000 m², 40% of the plot; the lake side stays open.

The land does not become five times more expensive. The site on it does, because a working hospitality asset is valued by its income: operating result divided by a rate of return. At 7% it is worth more, at 10% less. The slider is there for that reason. Everything on this page is indicative, with ranges, and dated.
Masurian glamping and lake cottages sell at 400–800 zł a night, about €95–190; premium lakeside stays go higher. A glazed dome by a lake justifies €190 at 45%.
